Übers Seidenmalen EnglishSeide ist ein
leichtes, edles Material. Es ist luftig! Ich probiere gerne Farben und Formen
aus - Ich liebe die kräftigen Farben und finde es interessant, Farben auszuprobieren, sie auch zu
mischen und dann zu sehen wie sie auf der glänzenden Seide wirken. Ich freue
mich, wenn Farben harmonisieren, zusammenpassen, in einander fliessen. Die zwei Techniken,
die ich brauche, widerspiegeln auch meine Faszination für die Polaritäten von
Klarheit und Wildheit: Bei den Linien
der Föhntechnik faszinieren mich die Klarheit und die Grenzen. Beim Wirken des Salzes auf
den Farben, schätze ich die Muster und Formen, die ich ein wenig erahnen aber nicht
voraussehen kann. Das ist dann eher das Wilde. Durch die runde Form des
Kreises wirken die Bilder wiederum lebensfroh und ganzheitlich! Ich spüre beim Malen
eine Verbundenheit mit der Welt, mit den Menschen, mit der Natur und mit allem
Leben. Farben und Formen sind unendlich auf dieser Welt! Die Seidenkreationen
können vielfältig verwendet werden. Ich stelle mir die Tücher als Foulard,
als Wandbehang, als Mitte eines Kreistanzes oder sogar als Lampenschirm vor. Den
Ideen sind keine Grenzen gesetzt! Zudem lassen sich die Seidentücher als
Geschenke leicht in einem Couvert versenden oder mittragen. Das schönste für
mich ist, wenn Leute über die Seidenkreationen staunen und sie bewundern, – wenn sie sich
darüber freuen und wenn ihnen
diese Farben und Formen Freude in den Alltag bringen Nach oben

Why do I practice this art form? It’s because I like trying out colours and different
forms - I enjoy the intensive colours and find it interesting to experiment with
them on the silk medium as my “canvas”.
This means mixing them and then seeing how they look on diaphanous silk. I enjoy
seeing the harmony in the colours when they fit together or flow into each other. The two techniques that I use most also reflect my fascination for the
polarities of contrast and random creation: and with the hair dryer technique
the clarity and the limits fascinate me. When
the salt does its job on the colours I have an idea of the forms that will
result which I can guess intuitively not totally control or foresee.
This makes for a “ wild style”.
Through the round form of the circle the silk creations seem full of life
and form holistic mandalas. While painting I feel connected to the world with its people, with nature
and with all life forms. Colours and forms last forever in this world of ours! Silk creations can be used in a variety of ways. I can imagine them as
scarves, as wall decorations, as a central focus for circle dancing or even as a lamp shade. There is no limit to such creative ideas and innovative uses. They also make a very good gift which can be sent by post since they are very light and not at all fragile! Back
